About the role

Campyon is seeking a visionary leader to maximize the strategic potential of buttons everywhere. As CBCOO, you will be responsible for ensuring every button achieves its highest calling: getting clicked. You will collaborate with designers, marketers, and concerned stakeholders to answer humanity's toughest questions: Should it be blue? Should it say "Get Started" or "Start Now"? Is it 3 pixels too far to the left? Day-to-day responsibilities include: Providing emotional support to the "Launch Campaign" button during high-traffic periods. Conducting rigorous A/B tests on button text, size, shape, and overall charisma. Increasing click-through rates through a combination of data analysis and educated guessing. Presenting 47-slide decks explaining why a 0.2% uplift is actually a massive win. Ensuring nobody changes production on Friday afternoon. Your work directly impacts the success of Campyon and the collective well-being of our analytics dashboard.

Requirements

5+ years of professional button-clicking experience. Ability to confidently use phrases such as "statistically significant" and "we need more data." Exceptional attention to detail, especially regarding padding and border radius. Comfortable refreshing dashboards every 30 seconds after a launch. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, or Advanced Button Studies preferred. Nice to have: Experience arguing over CTA wording for more than two hours. Proven track record of identifying "the wrong shade of blue." Certification in Panic-Driven Optimization.
