About the role

Campyon is seeking an experienced professional to oversee Malone's, the unofficial headquarters of important conversations, questionable decisions, and life-changing encounters. Responsibilities: Ensure every team member has a seat at the table. Facilitate productive discussions after business hours. Maintain an environment where lifelong friendships can flourish. Intervene when hockey players attempt to solve problems through excessive confidence. Keep the jukebox stocked with elite playlists.

Requirements

Thrives in fast-paced social environments. Excellent conflict resolution skills. Ability to recognize when someone needs advice versus when they need fries. Experience handling large groups of overly competitive personalities is a plus. Must understand that sometimes the most important meetings happen off campus. Nice to have: Familiarity with Briar University culture. A talent for remembering everyone's usual order. The ability to hear "one more round" without immediately panicking.
