About the role

As Head of the Initiative, you will be responsible for transforming rivalry into collaboration and ensuring that ambitious people continue bringing out the best in one another. Day-to-day responsibilities Build strategic relationships with individuals who insist they're "just colleagues." Convert competitive energy into exceptional outcomes. Coordinate projects requiring equal parts teamwork and stubborn determination. Schedule meetings that somehow become emotional growth opportunities. Remind stakeholders that two high achievers can, in fact, be on the same side.

Requirements

Thrives in high-pressure environments. Demonstrated ability to challenge ideas without damaging relationships. Comfortable working closely with people who regularly test your patience. Excellent communication skills, particularly during moments of unnecessary tension. Must understand that some partnerships are worth fighting for. Nice to have: Background in hockey, diplomacy, or conflict resolution. Experience maintaining professionalism while exchanging devastating one-liners. Strong appreciation for long-haul flights and international collaboration.
